Position Overview

The Expansion & Market Launch Lead will own the end-to-end launch lifecycle for new cities, regions, and service lines — from market research and operational setup to post-launch optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own market expansion strategy — research, planning, and launch execution for new cities, regions, and service lines.
  • Conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, and operational viability assessments before entry.
  • Design and execute localized launch playbooks, including provider supply growth, customer acquisition, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Ops, Marketing, Product, PR) to ensure seamless pre-launch readiness.
  • Establish key launch KPIs: bookings, activation rates, CAC, payback, and local NPS.
  • Recruit and onboard early provider teams to ensure supply readiness pre-launch.
  • Partner with Marketing to execute hyper-local campaigns — digital + grassroots activations.
  • Build relationships with local partners, associations, and stakeholders to accelerate market adoption.
  • Analyze post-launch performance data, identify bottlenecks, and optimize pricing, service mix, and supply-demand balance.
  • Develop repeatable expansion frameworks and dashboards to support rapid multi-city rollouts.
  • Collaborate with Leadership on strategic prioritization of markets based on ROI and scalability.
