We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee marketing automation, content planning, and campaign performance across multiple digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain CRM email automations for lead nurturing, onboarding, and re-engagement
  • Manage and optimize lead magnets, tagging, and segmentation to ensure smooth marketing workflows
  • Plan and schedule weekly social media content aligned with promotions and themes
  • Repurpose long-form content (blogs, videos, podcasts) into short-form materials for social channels
  • Monitor audience engagement, manage comments and messages, and suggest appropriate responses
  • Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and track KPIs such as open rates, conversions, and engagement
  • Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to improve performance and reach
  • Coordinate timelines and assets for launches and live events
  • Maintain a master content calendar to ensure brand consistency across platforms
  • Design simple graphics using Canva and draft newsletters from provided content

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, automation, and content management
  • Proficient in HubSpot, SquareSpace, Canva, and Google Workspace
  • Skilled in video editing and familiar with Buzzsprout or similar tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
