KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning and Market Analysis:

● Spearhead strategic business plans to achieve brand growth targets and increase market share.

● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and new opportunities for brand development and to inform brand strategy adjustments.

● Lead the creation and execution of impactful marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, customer experience, and loyalty.

● Oversee and optimize resource allocation by analyzing financial reports and implementing measures to drive innovation, efficiency, and brand profitability.

● Devise and implement effective communication strategies to promote the brand, product, and distribution channels, while evaluating the success of marketing activities.

● Provide strategic direction for merchandising activities, including product selection, pricing, and buying, while liaising with the principal.

● Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts including their contribution to the effectiveness of sales campaigns.

● Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

● Stay informed about emerging brands, market trends, and competitor activities, including pricing and new product launches.

● Analyze product performance and recommend actions to optimize inventory management and business profitability.

● Motivate, train, and guide relevant teams to achieve business objectives, while evaluating performance and implementing disciplinary measures when necessary.

● Executes consumer immersions and other relevant insighting exercises

● Budget Management

Marketing and Product Launches:

● Support the development of marketing programs and projects for new product launches.

● Assist in formulating effective long-term and short-term marketing plans to ensure successful product positioning and brand equity growth.

● Stay informed about emerging brands, market trends, and competitor activities, including pricing and new product launches.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Project Management:

● Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, trade marketing, product development, finance, and creative, to ensure alignment and project execution.

● Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of brand materials and resources.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management or any related course.
  • At least 3 years proven experience as Brand Lead.
  • Preferably work experience in a Cafe or Food and Beverage industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Keen to details, optimistic and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible, remote set up with one (1) day reporting at our Pasig City office.
  • Can start ASAP.
