About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Research Specialist to help our team expand into the corporate and event branding industry in Nashville, Tennessee.

You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, building lead lists, and supporting the creation of marketing materials for floral and event design campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys market research, creative outreach, and project coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research wedding venues, event planners, and corporate event spaces across Tennessee (especially Nashville).
  • Identify key decision-makers and contacts within target companies.
  • Track upcoming events, company milestones, and business expansions relevant to event branding.
  • Help create marketing materials (pitch decks, flyers, case studies, presentations).
  • Assist in planning and executing outreach campaigns to secure collaborations and leads.
  • Monitor local event and business news for new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the design and outreach teams to maintain progress timelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • 3 months - 1 years of experience in marketing research, lead generation, or event marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Familiar with tools like LinkedIn, Google Sheets, Canva, or CRM systems
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 7 weeks

Pay: Php12, Php15,000.00 per month
