  • Deliver desktop support services to ensure a reliable and seamless user experience.

  • Support audit and inventory processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Liaise with management, project teams, colleagues, customers, and vendors to provide effective technical assistance.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports, recommending solutions for unresolved or aged issues.
  • Proactively review and address operational issues impacting business continuity.
  • Work under the direction of team leads to meet service and performance objectives.
  • Provide on-site "hands and feet" support in critical rooms, applying fundamental networking knowledge where required.
