Desktop Enterprise Security Engineer

This is 6 Months Project Based employment : It is still a Full time job that you will be having a full-time schedule but as project employee, it is a contractual type to our client for a minimum of 6 Months .* Your contract will be under our company but you will be deployed to our client. Our company will process your mandatory benefits/ salary. _*After 6 Months, it depends with your project status or to our client if they will renew/extend or end your contract.

READ : Your salary experience expectation is subject for approval. It depends on your skills and experiences.

Note: Salary will be divided into daily rate; considered as NO WORK NO PAY but REGULAR Holidays announced by the Ph Government are paid. Example: If you didn't work on Special Holidays - Not Paid " NO Work NO Pay" but If you didn't work on Regular Holidays - Still Paid. Of course, if you've worked either on Special or Regular Holidays, Daily rate is paid with Holiday pay as well. Benefits while on a project based: HMO & Mandatory Benefits;

Also, since you will be supporting US, NO Work No Pay Applies on US company Holidays. If the client announced that the specific date is US Company Holiday and they mentioned that your team has no operations (not allowed to work on that day), you will not be paid for that day.

IN Short, No Work No pay applies if you have no work on Special Non-working Holidays , US Company holidays, and if you're absent.

Your salary expectation will still undergo approval of the management. Salary on this post is not the actual budget for the role. It depends on your experiences and skills. They may also negotiate you.

POSITION: Enterprise Windows Client Security Administrator

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or MIS, or equivalent work experience.
• Amenable to work on a FULLY ONSITE in Taguig (Around BGC)
• Open to work on a fixed NIGHTSHIFT Schedule and any shift assigned if needed (usually 10PM - 7AM)
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in in a tier three Desktop Support or Desktop Engineering role, with great understanding of security best practices.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Technology on Windows 10 and 11 platforms in an enterprise environment.
• Know how to utilize PowerShell, VB Scripting, Active Directory GPOs, and client tools like Intune, or Radia to remotely manage tens of thousands of PCs in a complex networked environment.
• Understand how to repair WMI, Windows Installer, .msi,.net, Java, bitlocker encryption, printing, file system rights, etc., on PC clients.
• 3rd level Support and Engineering experience managing Citrix Workspace delivered virtual PCs and applications in an Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Understand how DHCP, DNS, IP networking, etc., work and affect the PC client experience.
• Understand how to troubleshoot webpage issues via various tools.
• Knowledge of the special support needs of distribution centers, plants, backstage offices, and retail locations.
• Knowledge of rights management of Windows-based file server folder structures.

• Strong documentation skills.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and quickly respond to security threats.
• Superior interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide suggestions for resolution.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and problems.
• Must be well organized and self-motivated.

• Superior customer service skills, particularly when dealing with customers who are at remote locations.
