Work Location: Full Onsite in BGC, Taguig City

Work Schedule: Shall be open to a shifting schedule (Morning, Mid and Night)

  • Resolve hardware/software issues and configure phones. Work will include move, add, change and delete (MACD).
  • Work as the desktop support; working toward a seamless support environment.
  • Update asset management database and inventory documents.
  • Participate in audit and inventory duties.
  • Interface with management, project managers, colleagues, customers, vendors in order to provide support.
  • Provide daily and weekly reports to management with potential solutions to aged items.
  • Daily review of all issues that impact the business.
  • Work under the supervision of team leads.
  • Provide support in critical rooms and a requirement for basic network knowledge.
  • Work closely with management, project managers, colleagues, customers, and vendors to provide effective support and resolve issues.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports for management, highlighting potential solutions for any outstanding items.
  • Keep our asset management database and inventory documents up to date, ensuring everything is accurately tracked.
