Job Description

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch desktop support to multiple users at various locations. You will work with Windows, Exchange, and Office 365 environments, identifying and resolving issues related to applications, operating systems, and networking.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-user support, with a strong background in Microsoft Operating Systems, including Windows 7/8/10 and 11. They should also have hands-on experience with Azure, Intune, OneDrive, Exchange online, and SharePoint. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess intermediate knowledge of networking concepts, such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, DFS, Routing, Switching, and Firewalls.

This is an onsite role, requiring the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless ticket resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of end-user support experience
  • Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7/8/10, 11)
  • Exceptional MS Office Suite, including Office 365 installation and administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with Azure, Intune, OneDrive, Exchange online, and SharePoint
  • Basic PowerShell experience
  • Android/iOS configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with MDM solutions
  • Familiarity with cyber-security concepts
  • Intermediate knowledge of networking concepts
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting (desktop/laptop, printer, mobile device)
  • Active Directory Administration
  • Client VPN setup and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with file system support
  • Experience working a service desk ticketing system
