Job Responsibilities
  • Provide IT infrastructure field support including troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues and problems.
  • Offer basic understanding of PC hardware setup and configuration.
  • Deliver desk side support and PC break/fix including basic administration of Windows OS and MAC OS.
  • Administer Active Directory, Messaging, User Profile Administration including Remote Troubleshooting, Installation and Uninstallation of applications.
  • Work as a Technical Support Executive / System or Network Administrator with hands-on experience in the above areas in large & complex setups.
  • Utilize Microsoft-based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 10/8/7 (Windows X).
  • Experience with using and troubleshooting Outlook within a network environment.
  • Experience with using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office with emphasis on MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Key Skills
  • Good customer management skills.
  • Good oral and written communication.
  • Ability to interact and work with customers at different levels.
  • Self-driven and result oriented.
  • Fluent in Mandarin/Korean/Japanese language.
Additional Requirements
  • Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow / Remedy.
  • Knowledge of MCP and ITIL certification desirable but not mandatory.
