What You Will Enjoy Doing

  • Coordinate accounting operations by scheduling jobs and delegating duties of his subordinates.
  • Assessing accurate processing of accounting transactions by checking and approval of day-to-day transactions/reports adhering to accounting operational standards, internal control procedures and compliance to any relevant government regulations.
  • Accomplishes all reporting requirements, both internal and external, strictly based on agreed timelines. Produce regular analysis of variances of actual income and expenditure against budget.
  • Provide assistance in the preparation of schedules/reconciliation in all audit related matters. Assist in cash flow preparation by monitoring cash requirements and bank balances.
  • Support in the registration/renewal of business permits and licenses.
  • Ensure organized filing and safekeeping of all financial documents and accounting records.
  • Identify system improvements, develop and implement necessary financial policies and procedures to improve quality of work performance. Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Communicate with business contacts like customer, banks, auditors and the like.
  • Involve in the hiring, orientation, coaching, counselling disciplining, and appraising job performance of staff under supervision.
  • Update job knowledge of staff by identifying their training need requirements for their continuous education and increase effectiveness in their work responsibilities.

What Makes You Great

  • Graduate of College Degree in Accountancy
  • Related 1-2 year work experience in supervising finance and accounting tasks and responsibilities
  • Familiarity with system based accounting transactions is a must.
  • In-depth knowledge in finance and accounting transactions and procedures
  • High sense of leadership and business maturity
  • With high sense of commitment on job tasks
