The Collection & Recovery Supervisor (CRS) troubleshoots delinquent and hard-to-collect accounts, reporting to the HO Collection Group and supervised by District Managers. The role focuses on meeting collection targets and recovering top past-due accounts in assigned branches.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES :

1. Collections & Account Management

  • Maintains customer relationships and manages past-due accounts through confirmatory visits. Updates DCS, submits assessments and KYC updates, and works with CCIs to execute recovery strategies to meet targets.

2. Recovery

  • Handles recovery of NPL accounts by developing strategies, locating clients or collateral, and negotiating payment arrangements. Maintains accurate records, updates account systems, and leads recovery of written-off accounts, including legal action or repossession when necessary.

3. Administration & Other Related Task

  • Assists in resolving customer complaints, reports potential fraud, and serves as Officer-in-Charge during Branch Manager absences. Manages accounts, collections, legal filings, and court appearances, while staying updated on policies and cascading updates to CCIs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Open to High School Graduates or Vocational Course completers with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accountancy, or related fields preferred but not required
  • With a minimum of 2 years of field collections and remedial experience, preferably from financial institutions.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and own motorcycle

  • Prefers to be assigned to one of the following branches:

  • RFC Calamba

  • RFC San Pablo
