Job Description

  • Prepares timely and accurate financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, and schedules).
  • Maintains and updates books of accounts (General Ledger, Sales Book, Cash Receipts/Disbursements, Journal Voucher Book).
  • Oversees accounting staff and reviews financial reports, vouchers, disbursements, invoices, and petty cash.
  • Prepares board book materials and coordinates with management for reporting.
  • Ensures accurate and timely filing of returns and schedules with government agencies (BIR, SEC, SSS, etc.).
  • Prepares monthly OSI reports and department's yearly budget.
  • Provides accurate schedules for year-end financial and BIR audits.
  • Assists the Accounting Manager in improving internal controls, accounting manuals, systems, and procedures.
  • Ensures compliance with food safety policies and company regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

  • Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and tax compliance

  • Familiarity with audit processes and internal controls

  • Skilled in accounting software/ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Xero), MS Excel

  • Mid-level: 3–5 years' experience in accounting, financial reporting, or auditing

  • Senior-level: 5+ years' experience, with supervisory or managerial responsibilities
  • Amenable to work (1) fully on-site in Calamba, Laguna and (2) Hybrid in Makati
