About the role

Chunnel and Channel Realty Marketing and Development Corp. is seeking a talented Recruitment and Training Officer to join our expanding team. This full-time role, based in Dasmarinas City Cavite, will play a crucial part in identifying and developing the skilled professionals we need to drive our business forward.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Coordinating the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
  • Conducting thorough candidate screening and interviewing to ensure the best fit for our organisation
  • Designing and delivering high-impact training programmes to upskill our workforce
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives and making improvements as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records and providing reporting on all recruitment and training activities
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to understand the evolving skills requirements of the business

What we're looking for

  • with at least 1 to 2 years' experience in a recruitment or talent development role, ideally within the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of sourcing and securing top talent to support business growth
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of training methodologies and proven ability to design and deliver effective programmes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to measure and improve the impact of recruitment and training
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practice in human resources
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
