Job Opening for Permanent Remote Recruiter

ClearDesk is looking for a skilled and experienced recruiter to join our team as a permanent remote worker.

As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates for various healthcare roles, conducting phone screens, managing interviews, and maintaining candidate records. You will work closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines, and use platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach.

This is a full-time role that requires 1+ years of recruitment experience, confidence on the phone, and strong follow-up skills. You should be proactive, self-managed, and able to juggle multiple roles at once. A reliable setup, including a primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps, a main computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM, and a backup laptop and internet device, is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing qualified candidates for healthcare roles
  • Conducting phone screens and managing interviews
  • Maintaining candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Using platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach
  • Tracking recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of recruitment experience
  • Confidence on the phone and strong follow-up skills
  • Proactive, self-managed, and able to juggle multiple roles at once
