We are seeking a skilled and experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will source, screen, and onboard healthcare professionals, including nurses, coders, and billers, for US-based healthcare facilities.

About the Role

You will collaborate closely with candidates, clients, and internal teams to ensure successful placements while delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals.
  • Ensuring a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience.
  • Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients.

  • Meeting monthly hiring targets.
  • Expanding candidate pipelines and networks.
  • Providing market insights to support business growth.

  • Maintaining accurate recruitment databases.
  • Ensuring compliance with US healthcare staffing regulations.

  • Staying updated on healthcare recruitment trends.

  • Supporting peers and contributing to team success.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare recruitment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as ATS, CareerBuilder, Monster, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to work night shift/US time zones.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
