Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee and optimize our recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain efficient and compliant TA processes, workflows, and documentation.
  • Manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other TA-related technologies.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within our TA systems.
  • Oversee vendor relationships related to TA.
  • Develop and deliver training and resources on best practices in interviewing, candidate assessment, and recruitment processes.
  • Create and maintain interview guides, scorecards, and other relevant tools.
  • Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and legal requirements, and share knowledge with the team.
  • Leverage AI-driven insights for talent intelligence and predictive analytics
  • Track and report on recruitment expenses.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to develop and execute employer branding initiatives that attract top talent.
  • Manage online presence on career sites and social media platforms.
  • Analyze TA metrics and identify areas for improvement in processes, efficiency, and candidate experience.
  • Implement data-driven solutions and best practices to optimize the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in TA function.
  • Conduct regular audits of TA processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with clients or internal hiring managers to ensure a smooth pre-hire onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Oversee offer letter process, contract signing, and background checks.
  • Develop communication strategies to engage candidates between offer acceptance and their start date.
  • Develop key TA metrics and dashboards to track performance against goals.
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment activity, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire, and other relevant metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
