We are seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to help us attract, hire, and retain top-quality security guards who align with our values of professionalism, integrity, compassion, vigilance, flexibility, and extreme ownership.

">Job Overview

As a Part-Time Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for security guard positions. This role requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of recruiting best practices, and the ability to engage candidates in a competitive labor market.

The ideal candidate will have previous recruiting, HR, or staffing experience, minimum 2 years preferred (security industry experience a plus). They should also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

You will maintain a candidate pipeline to ensure adequate staffing levels for contracts and assist candidates through the onboarding process, including background checks, licensing, and training compliance.

This is a remote opportunity that offers a competitive hourly rate based on experience, as well as potential performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified security guard candidates.
  • Reply to posted job ads across multiple platforms (job boards, social media, community groups, etc.).
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
  • Partner with the hiring manager to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Maintain a candidate pipeline to ensure adequate staffing levels for contracts.
  • Assist candidates through the onboarding process, including background checks, licensing, and training compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous recruiting, HR, or staffing experience, minimum 2 years preferred (security industry experience a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruiting.
  • Understanding of city, state, and federal regulations regarding security guards.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Sales experience, preferred.

Work Environment

This is a part-time opportunity that can be completed remotely. The typical schedule is Thursday-Saturday 3pm-7pm and Sunday 2pm-6pm US Mountain Time, but ideally Monday-Friday from 8am-12pm.
