
IT Recruitment Lead

Recruitment is a vital function in our organization, driving business growth and innovation. The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for leading the recruitment team and overseeing the hiring process. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strong stakeholder relationships, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regular metrics to executive leadership on daily/weekly/monthly goals and expectations.
- Act as an escalation point for issues and identify solutions that benefit both parties.
- Support recruiters with workload allocation, including volume forecasting and headcount planning.
- Deliver performance optimization for team members, setting KPIs, devising development plans, and providing mentoring as needed.
- Recruit and onboard new staff, ensuring effective training and minimizing disruption to clients.
- Monitor and achieve team targets, budget, and SLAs around effectiveness, timelines, candidate quality, and delivery of recruitment services.
- Perform managerial responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, coaching, and managing recruitment teams.
- Help team members meet established goals and metrics.
- Establish regular communication with the team and participate in daily huddle and team meetings.
- Serve as the front-line escalation for executive leadership and recruitment management groups.
- Develop recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes.
- Define and communicate individual and team KPIs via scorecards.
- Collaborate with sales and recruitment management groups to ensure partnership success.
- Generate reports on performance measurement and KPIs to facilitate performance excellence.
Requirements:
- Thorough understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Proven experience working as a Recruiting Manager.
- Experience conducting performance reviews and driving performance improvement across process management, SLA compliance, and personal conduct.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and acquire IT professionals in Latin America, aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a vast network of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs, continuously expanding the talent pool.
- Collaborative Hiring Process: Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to understand position requirements, advise on market trends, and drive the recruitment process to ensure timely and efficient hiring decisions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets to provide insights and recommendations for attracting top talent.
- Reporting and Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and develop strong client relationships.
- Ability to interpret data from various sources and predict trends.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is desirable.
- Ability to use data and analytics to drive performance.
- Experience handling offshore recruitment processes for local and US clients.
- Experience interacting directly with Client hiring Managers and Recruiters.
