About the role

Are you passionate about people and driven by results? Join the dynamic Recruitment and Training team at Chunnel & Channel Realty Marketing and Development Corp. as a Recruitment and Training Associate.

In this full-time role based in Dasmariñas City, Cavite, you'll play a vital part in growing our sales force by recruiting, training, and developing high-performing real estate sales agents.

Your mission: build strong, competitive teams and equip them with the skills and confidence to become top sellers in the industry.


What you'll be doing
  • Recruit real estate sales agents to form a strong and competitive team
  • Train, mentor, and develop agents to become consistent top sellers
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance training programs to drive performance and growth
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting on recruitment and training activities

What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the insurance, financial services, or sales industry
  • Strong background in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, particularly sales or commission-based agents
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
  • Ability to conduct interviews, assessments, and training sessions with confidence and professionalism
  • Experience in designing and implementing training programs for newly hired agents is an advantage
  • Highly organized, goal-oriented, and capable of meeting recruitment targets
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable using digital platforms for recruitment and training
