HR Officer represent a company's policies, procedures, and goals, and many of their tasks revolve around instilling these values in employees, making sure the policies are also fair to the employees. Their main responsibilities include:

  • Hanlde the recruitment, onboarding of new employees and documentation
  • Processing payroll and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits
  • Ensuring that company employment policies follow national laws and regulations
  • Overseeing HR events and meetings and coordinating management-employee communications
  • Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops and seminars
  • Recording and processing confidential information
  • Continuously learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
