Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate training and development activities.
  • Handle employee inquiries and assist in resolving workplace issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, OneDrive and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in recruitment and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
