Job Summary
The HR Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive support in the execution of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role ensures that HR initiatives are effectively implemented to support employee engagement, organizational growth, and a positive workplace culture at Limketkai Sons, Inc.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and background checks.
- Facilitate the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Ensure timely preparation of contracts, ID cards, and other employment requirements.
2. Employee Relations
- Address employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Support conflict resolution processes and maintain harmonious workplace relationships.
- Assist in the preparation of Notices to Explain (NTEs), disciplinary memos, and related documentation when necessary.
3. HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Prepare and submit reports required by management or regulatory agencies.
4. Training & Development
- Assist in identifying employee training and development needs.
- Coordinate learning sessions, workshops, and programs (e.g., Circle of Excellence).
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
5. Performance Management
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Coordinate with department heads on employee evaluations.
- Provide recommendations for employee recognition, career growth, or corrective actions.
6. HR Programs & Engagement
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Promote the company's core values, mission, and culture through HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in human resources or related functions.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
