What You'll Do
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source high-potential candidates through social media, job platforms, and professional networks.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process — from screening and interviews to onboarding.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and interview guides that reflect each role's purpose.
  • Forecast hiring needs and build a strong, proactive talent pipeline.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

What You Bring
  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you know how to connect with people.
  • Proactive, organized, and driven to deliver results.
