Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and resourceful
Talent Acquisition Scout
to join our HR team. This role is responsible for managing the
end-to-end recruitment process
—from sourcing and candidate engagement to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in recruiting for
specialist or technical roles
, using creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. You'll serve as a key partner to hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient hiring process that supports the organization's growth.
This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with most days spent onsite at our headquarters for close collaboration and alignment with business teams.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in
end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing to onboarding
. - Strong background in
sourcing and screening candidates for specialist, technical, or niche roles
. - Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
- Experience coordinating interviews, offers, pre-employment processing, and onboarding.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Mindset: Passionate about recruitment, results-driven, and committed to delivering a positive candidate experience.
