Job Description

As an Order Desk Analyst, you'll support the seamless processing of sales orders and renewals while collaborating with teams across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Professional Services. You'll help optimize systems, ensure data integrity, and maintain compliance-all while driving process excellence and business efficiency.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Ideally 4 years of experience in CRM (Salesforce), Quoting Administration (Salesforce CPQ), and/or Order Processing (DocuSign and/or IronClad)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and identify solutions
  • Keen attention to detail with a drive to execute tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Proven problem-solving ability and a bias toward business success
  • Adaptable and confident in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Available to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule

Your Daily Tasks

  • Support multiple departments through an internal case system for Salesforce and integrated tech stack issues or enhancements
  • Maintain data integrity and operational consistency across systems
  • Serve as a sales point of contact for auto-renewals, term renewals, and standardized deals
  • Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Finance, and Legal to manage business requirements in order processing
  • Develop best practices to align company data quality with business initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with revenue recognition and bookings policies for order processing and renewals
  • Manage updates to contract and agreement templates stored in CRM systems
  • Provide ongoing support for training and sales enablement
