Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Desk Analyst located in Pasig. The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Daily tasks include troubleshooting system and software issues, logging and managing service requests, and offering timely and effective customer support. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to address complex problems and enhance the overall service delivery process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and resolve issues efficiently
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support, ensuring excellent user experiences
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field is advantageous
- Experience with IT service management tools is a plus
