Job Description

As an
Order Desk and Renewals Manager
, you'll oversee high-volume order and renewals operations. You'll ensure accuracy across CRM and billing systems, streamline cross-departmental workflows, and lead a growing team that champions precision, process, and exceptional customer experience.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Ideally 5-7 years of experience in CRM
    (Salesforce), Quoting administration (Salesforce CPQ), and/or Orders Processing (open to PandaDoc, Octiv, and/or Docusign) including 2+ years managing a team
  • Deep understanding of CRM (Salesforce) and order/renewal workflows
  • Proven track record managing recurring revenue renewals at scale
  • Strong process orientation and analytical skills to identify gaps and drive efficiency
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting or partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams in a SaaS environment

Your Daily Tasks

  • Lead the Order Management and Renewals functions, ensuring timely, accurate processing of quotes, orders, and renewals
  • Manage the end-to-end renewals lifecycle - from quote generation and approvals to invoicing, forecasting, and reporting
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to streamline renewals and order workflows
  • Identify automation and process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Sales, Renewals, and Customer Success teams, handling pricing, approvals, quoting, billing, troubleshooting, and escalations
  • Maintain compliance with revenue recognition and bookings policies for order booking, provisioning, and renewal deactivation
  • Oversee performance metrics and KPIs for both the Order Desk and Renewals teams
  • Support internal and customer-facing teams with pricing, quoting, billing, and policy compliance inquiries
  • Maintain strong data integrity within CRM, CPQ, and order management tools (Salesforce, PandaDoc, Docusign, etc.)
  • Manage and update contract/agreement templates and workflows within CRM and CPQ systems
  • Partner with RevOps to enhance automation, standardize processes, and support reporting for bookings and renewal forecasting
  • Provide hands-on coaching, guidance, and development for a team of specialists handling renewals and order processing
