About the role:

Fidoph Lending Corp., is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Officer - Collection to join our dynamic legal team. As a Legal Officer - Collection, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the legal aspects of our debt collection processes. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing legal advice and support to the collections team on various matters, such as compliance and regulatory requirements

· Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the collections process

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and compliant approach to debt collection

· Staying up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices and SEC regulations

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in the collections, financial services, or debt recovery industry
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to devise creative solutions
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring compliance
  • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Familiarity with debt collection processes and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
