Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and optimization of paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Assist with keyword research, audience targeting, creative testing, and A/B experiments.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports using Google Analytics, Jobvite, and other platforms.
  • Conduct SEO audits and contribute to content optimization efforts.
  • Partner with the Website Developer and Digital Marketing team to enhance UX, page performance, and conversion paths.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media and Community Manager to align campaigns and improve paid social performance.
  • Assist with email marketing initiatives, including campaign setup, list segmentation, and drip automation.
  • Ensure accurate tagging and tracking across platforms via Google Tag Manager and related tools.
  • Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations and contribute to campaign briefs and planning sessions.
  • Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush), and campaign reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, marketing automation tools, and applicant tracking systems (Jobvite experience a plus).
  • Bonus: Experience supporting recruitment marketing or nonprofit campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
