year of strategic development and brand positioning, we're now ready to bring
our vision to life, and we're looking for a creative digital marketing professional
to help make it happen.
The Opportunity
We're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who can turn our strategy into
action. You'll work directly with the founders to execute our marketing roadmap
across multiple brands, managing everything from content creation and ad
campaigns to reporting and analytics.
This is an opportunity for someone with strong creative instincts and hands-on
experience to help shape how a growing international business reaches and
engages its audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate the marketing strategy into clear campaign plans and content calendars across social, search, email, and web.
- Build and manage paid ads on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, including budgets, targeting, and A/B testing.
- Create short-form videos, reels, and visual assets that align with brand goals and messaging.
- Set up and manage CRM and automation journeys (eg. HubSpot or Zoho), including lead capture, nurturing, and scoring.
- Own tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager, UTM governance, and Facebook Conversions API or similar server-side tracking.
- Monitor performance, build dashboards in Looker Studio or equivalent, and turn insights into actionable experiments.
- Coordinate PR and content distribution, including basic website updates and landing page builds.
- Work closely with the founders on priorities, weekly reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with tools, trends, and best practices, and recommend upgrades to our stack.
About You
You are a builder who enjoys owning the full digital loop from concept to measurement. You balance creative storytelling with data-driven decision making, communicate clearly, and thrive in a fast, collaborative environment with evolving priorities.
Must Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience covering paid media, content, email, and analytics.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio or similar reporting tools.
- Practical experience with attribution and event-based tracking, including Facebook CAPI or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- CRM and automation experience (eg. HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) including forms, workflows, and lead nurturing.
- Strong copywriting and content production skills, including short-form video editing and basic design in Canva or Adobe Express.
- Solid grasp of UTM conventions, funnel metrics, and experimentation.
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Nice-To-Have Qualifications
- Experience in B2B services, outsourcing, or professional services targeting AU or US markets.
- SEO fundamentals and tools familiarity (Search Console, Ahrefs or similar).
- Landing page builders and CMS experience (Webflow, WordPress, Elementor).
- Marketing Ops tools like Zapier or Make for integrations and automation.
- Basic HTML/CSS for light site edits and tracking implementations.
- PR writing and distribution, employer branding, or event marketing exposure.
