The Ortus Club is an international event marketing firm specialised in executive knowledge-sharing roundtable discussions. Our sessions—conducted both virtually and in person—are designed to facilitate meaningful dialogue, foster strategic connections, and support business growth.

A Role for Creative, Strategic Thinkers

At The Ortus Club, our Digital Marketing Specialists are hands-on contributors to every stage of campaign development—from ideation to execution. You'll work alongside a global team to drive brand visibility, support event marketing, and create content that connects with executive audiences across sectors and geographies.

This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys switching between creative and analytical work.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and content channels
  • Write and edit copy for social media, blogs, and landing pages
  • Manage social media platforms and community engagement
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics
  • Support lead generation, nurturing, and CRM management
  • Conduct market and audience research to inform strategy
  • Help out in other aspects of the marketing team as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or agency settings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Experience managing digital campaigns and content calendars
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, CRM platforms, and social schedulers
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent time management
  • Comfortable working independently and across teams in a fast-moving environment
  • Passion for connecting with audiences and delivering value through marketing
