Job Description:

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that engage users, drive participation, and grow our platform community. You'll manage a mix of channels, including email, SEO, PPC, and social to maximize reach and impact.A strong CRM background is highly preferred, as managing and optimizing user journeys is key to driving engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and run digital marketing campaigns across email, SEO, PPC, and social channels, tied to events, competitions, and seasonal highlights.
  • Build, manage, and optimize CRM campaigns and user journeys to increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Design creative campaigns to increase participation, platform activity, and community interaction.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling messaging, visuals, and landing pages optimized for engagement and conversion.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page content, and manage paid campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to refine targeting, messaging, and timing.
  • Support strategies to attract new users and retain existing ones, fostering a vibrant and active community.
  • Work closely with product, operations, and compliance teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
  • Adapt campaigns dynamically based on trending events, activities, and user behavior.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of gamification, competitions, and engagement strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting engagement metrics and campaign performance data.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for marketing, community growth, and creating engaging experiences.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation (HubSpot, Braze, Salesforce, etc.) to drive engagement and retention.
  • Familiarity with leaderboard, gamified, or prize-based campaigns.
  • Knowledge of social campaigns and community engagement strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
