Job Opening: Sales & Marketing Senior Specialist/Manager – Life Sciences & Pharmaceutical Raw Materials (APIs)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our pharmaceutical business unit specializing in active raw materials (APIs). The ideal candidate is a licensed pharmacist with a strong network and proven experience in servicing drug manufacturing companies in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the API business unit, overseeing all sales and marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Identify business opportunities, new product lines, and potential clients within the pharma manufacturing space.
  • Develop sales forecasts, marketing plans, and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with regulatory and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, conferences, and trade events.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B pharma sales/marketing, preferably in API or raw materials.
  • Solid understanding of drug manufacturing processes, regulations, and procurement cycles in the Philippines.
  • Strong network within the Philippine pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive business growth with minimal supervision.

Preferred but not required:

  • Licensed Pharmacist preferred
  • Experience working with regional or international API suppliers.
  • Background in regulatory affairs or product registration.
