The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies, managing social media platforms, and supporting campaigns that strengthen Infobuilder's brand presence and drive business growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and digital marketing expertise to effectively communicate Infobuilder's value in the IT and enterprise content management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

· Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X) through engaging content and targeted campaigns.

· Analyze social media metrics and apply insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance.

· Stay updated on marketing trends, digital tools, and industry developments to maintain a fresh and impactful online presence.

· Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement marketing materials and promotional campaigns.

· Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to support business objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

· With relevant experience in marketing, social media management, or digital campaigns.

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

· Knowledgeable in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools.

· Proficient in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X).

· Familiar with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or HubSpot.

· Skilled in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp).

· Experience in PPC campaign management (Google Ads, Bing Ads) is an advantage.

· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of producing engaging content.

· Analytical and results-driven, with the ability to interpret data to improve marketing performance.

· Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
