Roles of Sales and Marketing Manager

* Lead Generation & Strategy: Design and implement strategic lead generation initiatives that attract, engage, and convert ideal customers across multiple platforms.

  • Customer Data Management: Maintain and organize customer databases to ensure data integrity, segmentation, and personalized marketing.
  • Content & Copywriting: Develop compelling marketing content and copy that speaks to our audience and drives engagement—across email, web, and social media.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and monitor integrated campaigns across digital platforms, including social media ads, email marketing, and telemarketing.
  • Digital Marketing Management: Oversee social media, SEO, and paid advertising strategies to maximize online visibility and traffic.
  • Performance Tracking: Track website traffic, lead generation metrics, and campaign performance using analytics tools. Present actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Optimization & Conversion: Continuously optimize content, sales funnels, and landing pages to improve customer journey and conversion rates.

Team Coordination:

Track and coordinate marketing activities of team members to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely execution.
