The Trade Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of trade marketing strategies aimed at boosting product visibility and driving sales across retail and distribution channels. This role works closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective implementation of promotional campaigns, analysis of market data, and optimization of in-store and online presence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in both communication and technical marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing trade marketing strategies to enhance sales and brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to implement promotional campaigns and trade programs.
  • Collect and analyze data on market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to support marketing decisions.
  • Ensure proper product placement and visibility in retail and distribution outlets.
  • Prepare performance reports and presentations on trade marketing activities.
  • Support the creation of promotional materials and merchandising plans.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors for the production and timely delivery of marketing collaterals.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience in trade marketing, sales support, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Experience in executing marketing programs and analyzing campaign effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and CRM software is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Basic analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
