Key Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in at least two of the following areas: benefits administration, compensation, or absence management — preferably in a global shared services environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in people leadership or supervisory roles within a global shared services setup.
  • Strong leadership capability with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a matrixed organization or within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and Dimensions.

Key Responsibilities

Functional & Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations of the Rewards & Wellbeing function, including compensation and benefits (health & welfare, retirement, work-life), absence management, well-being, recognition, and safety programs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex issues related to leave, workplace safety, compensation structures, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure operational accuracy and data integrity across platforms such as Workday, Dimensions, ServiceNow, and vendor systems.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Rewards & Wellbeing team to consistently deliver high-quality service aligned with business objectives.
  • Set performance goals, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and conduct timely performance evaluations in compliance with company policies and the Philippine Labor Code.
  • Identify skill gaps and implement development plans to strengthen technical and functional expertise in compensation, benefits, and well-being programs.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team culture that encourages innovation and accountability.

Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Support implementation of policies, process enhancements, and automation initiatives to improve compliance, efficiency, and employee experience.
  • Develop, update, and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for leave administration, benefit invoicing, and compensation adjustments.
  • Lead internal audits and compliance reviews aligned with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Stay current with regulatory changes and industry trends, recommending enhancements to Total Rewards programs and policies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with business stakeholders including Benefits & Well-being COE, HR Service Center, HR Technology, Payroll, Legal, Finance, IT, Communications, and external vendors to ensure effective delivery of Total Rewards initiatives.
  • Lead or support cross-functional projects focused on system improvements, process optimization, and enhanced employee experience.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely issue resolution, contract oversight, service quality, and compliance.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain operational dashboards and reporting cadence to monitor engagement, compliance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and drive program enhancements.
