Compensation and Benefits Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timely release of salaries.
- Maintain employee records related to compensation, benefits, and deductions.
- Handle government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR compliance.
- Prepare monthly reports on payroll, headcount, and statutory contributions.
- Coordinate with executives for budget and payroll reconciliation.
- Manage employee benefits including leave credits, allowances, and incentives.
- Support HR initiatives such as performance appraisal implementation and salary adjustments.
- Assist in compensation benchmarking and salary structuring.
- Handle employee queries related to pay, benefits, and deductions in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure confidentiality and data integrity of all employee records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required.
- At least 1 year of experience in Compensation and Benefits or Payroll Administration.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and government compliance requirements.
- Proficient in MS Excel and payroll systems.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Skills:
- Experience with HRIS or payroll software.
- Familiarity with DOLE compliance and audit requirements.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
