Job Summary:

The Compensation and Benefits Officer enables a productive and engaged workforce by ensuring accurate HR data, streamlined processes, well-defined roles, and effective career and succession planning while providing valuable insights that support leadership and foster organizational growth

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder of Psychology, Human Resources Management or any related course
  • With at least 2-4 years of experience in HR operations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Amenable to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
