Sales and Marketing Manager

JOB PURPOSE
The Marketing Manager is a senior, strategic leader responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy that drives revenue, improves client retention, and elevates Crystal Cold Storage's brand across target industries (food processors, import/export traders, fisheries, pharmaceuticals, and large retailers). This role combines B2B demand generation, account-based marketing, pricing & capacity promotions, and cross-functional enablement to convert warehouse capacity into profitable, long-term customer relationships.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Marketing Plan: Develop and manage a marketing plan aligned to company capacity, revenue targets, and seasonal demand cycles.
Market & Customer Segmentation: Conduct market research and segmentation for target verticals (seafood, meat, dairy, pharma, FMCG) and translate insights into tailored value propositions and go-to-market plays.
Demand Generation & Lead Management: Build multichannel lead generation (ABM, digital ads, SEO, events, trade shows) and nurture programs integrated with CRM to deliver qualified leads to Sales with SLAs and conversion tracking.
Capacity & Pricing Promotions: Partner with Operations to design promotions for off-peak capacity, price tiers, and bundled services (value-added services such as inventory management, cross-docking, and QC/testing)
Service Positioning & New Offer Development: Validate and launch new services (cold chain monitoring, value-added handling, temperature-assured transportation partnerships) and support commercialization activities.
Sales Enablement: Create account playbooks, presentations, ROI calculators, and case studies to shorten sales cycles and support key account growth.
Brand & Communications: Manage corporate brand, website, PR, content strategy (technical content, white papers, case studies) and client communications to build trust in safety and reliability. Include HACCP/food safety messaging where relevant.
Partnerships & Events: Represent the company at industry events, develop channel partnerships (3PLs, freight forwarders, exporters), and run customer events/plant tours to convert prospects.
Data & Analytics: Use analytics (web, campaign, CRM, WMS interfaces) to measure funnel performance, customer lifetime value, churn risks, and campaign ROI — deliver monthly dashboards and strategic recommendations.
Budget & Vendor Management: Manage marketing budget, vendor contracts, agencies, and procurement for creative, media, and digital services.
Regulatory & Quality Alignment: Ensure marketing claims align with operational SLAs, temperature controls, legal/compliance (data privacy), and industry standards (e.g., HACCP, cold-chain best practice).
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, recruit, and performance-manage the marketing team; develop internal capability in digital marketing, content, and analytics.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
Experience: 8–12+ years in B2B or industrial marketing, with proven success in logistics, cold chain, 3PL/warehousing, or related sectors (experience marketing to importers, food processors, traders is a strong advantage).
Technical Skills: Strategic marketing planning, brand management, CRM (Salesforce/MS Dynamics), marketing automation, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and familiarity with WMS/TMS concepts or integrations.
Soft Skills: Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, analytical mindset, and exceptional written/verbal communication.
Certifications: Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Strategic Marketing, Data Analytics certifications are an advantage.

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
