Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented ERP/Manufacturing Consultant to support both ERP implementation projects and pre-sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, showcasing system capabilities, and designing cost-effective ERP solutions to enhance logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize logistics and supply chain processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, site visits, and process assessments to gather and document functional requirements
  • Develop detailed functional documentation focused on manufacturing, logistics, and data management modules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective ERP design, configuration, and deployment
  • Support pre-sales efforts by presenting tailored ERP demonstrations and articulating solution value to clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Infor LN, CSI, or similar manufacturing/supply chain platforms is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication in English (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic project team
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally, depending on project needs
  • Open to continuous training, particularly in Infor ERP systems and related technologies
