IT Fresh Graduates

We are seeking a driven and proactive INFOR ERP Trainee Consultant to support ERP implementation projects and pre-sales activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise resource planning systems, particularly within logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain environments. The ideal candidate is analytical, eager to learn, and interested in developing strong functional consulting skills through structured training and real project involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain workflows to identify areas for improvement aligned with ERP solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, process walkthroughs, and site visits to gather and document business requirements.
• Assist in preparing functional specifications for ERP modules (e.g., INFOR LN, CSI, or similar systems).
• Support ERP solution configuration, testing, and deployment activities throughout project implementation.
• Collaborate with technical and functional project teams to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
• Contribute to ERP product presentations and demonstrations during pre-sales engagements.
• Prepare documentation and materials to support proposals, training, and solution handovers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
• Open to fresh graduates and early-career professionals.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (INFOR LN, CSI, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is an advantage but not required.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Motivated, proactive, and willing to learn through structured training and project exposure.
• Willing to travel domestically or internationally based on project needs.
