Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven ERP Finance/Accounting Consultant to support ERP project implementations and pre-sales engagements. This role is ideal for finance professionals who excel in process optimization and are passionate about using ERP solutions to drive business performance. You will play a key role in translating client requirements into effective ERP configurations, streamlining financial processes, and ensuring solutions align with operational and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, analyze, and optimize financial workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Gather and validate ERP requirements through stakeholder interviews, site visits, and process mapping.
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation for finance and accounting ERP modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deploy ERP solutions following best practices.
  • Contribute to pre-sales initiatives by preparing tailored demos and clearly presenting ERP value propositions to prospective clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as Infor LN, Infor CSI, or similar systems (highly preferred).
  • Solid understanding of key finance functions: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and professional communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel locally or internationally based on project needs.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, particularly in Infor ERP systems and financial process innovation.
