We are looking for a Finance Functional Consultant to join our team in Makati. This role focuses on bridging financial operations with ERP system functionality to support more efficient and accurate finance processes. You will work closely with both finance and IT stakeholders to configure financial modules, streamline workflows across AP, AR, and GL, and ensure that the system effectively supports day-to-day operational needs.

This role is well-suited for someone with hands-on accounting experience who is interested in transitioning into or advancing within the ERP/functional consulting space. Training and development support will be provided to help you gain deeper technical and functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document financial and operational requirements from users and process owners
  • Configure, test, and support ERP financial modules, particularly accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post-go-live support
  • Work with IT and finance teams to troubleshoot system-related financial issues
  • Maintain updated documentation for workflows, configurations, and system enhancements
  • Recommend ERP-based improvements to enhance process accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in AP, AR, and GL processes
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor, NetSuite, or similar platforms) is an advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Willing to work full-time on-site along Ayala Avenue, Makati
