We are seeking a results-oriented and solutions-focused ERP/Manufacturing Consultant to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in ERP implementation and pre-sales activities, with a strong focus on manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, industry knowledge, and hands-on ERP experience to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and assess manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency, accuracy, and productivity improvements.
  • Lead client engagements, including meetings, site visits, and process evaluations, to gather comprehensive functional and technical requirements.
  • Develop detailed functional documentation for ERP modules covering manufacturing, logistics, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams to design, configure, and deploy ERP solutions aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Manage end-to-end project phases, including system configuration, pilot testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live deployment.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Deliver user training, create guides, and facilitate knowledge transfer for both clients and internal teams.
  • Support pre-sales initiatives by conducting product demonstrations, scoping requirements, and recommending tailored ERP solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of ERP experience, preferably with Infor LN, Infor CSI, or comparable ERP platforms.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, logistics, and supply chain best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional, project-based teams.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally based on project requirements.
