Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the National Capital Region, Philippines for a Banquet Sales Executive for The Hideout Kitchen. The Banquet Sales Executive will be responsible for selling banquet facilities, coordinating events, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include generating leads, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and working closely with the operations team to deliver successful events. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Lead Generation
  • Event Coordination, Proposal Preparation, and Contract Negotiation skills
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
