We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Banquet Captain to lead our front-of-house service team during high-profile events and banquets. This role is ideal for a confident, organized, and service-driven professional who thrives in dynamic hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise banquet service staff during event setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Ensure seamless coordination between kitchen, bar, and service teams
  • Uphold the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction
  • Train and mentor junior staff to maintain service excellence
  • Handle guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Banquet Captain or similar leadership role in hospitality
  • Formal certification in hospitality, food & beverage service, or event management (e.g., TESDA, NCII, or equivalent)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: ₱28,000 – ₱70,500 (equivalent in BHD)
  • Benefits: Accommodation, meal allowance, transportation and fully furnished accommodation provided, flight tickets, visa, medical insurance provided, and opportunities for career advancement
