About the role

We are seeking an experienced Banquet Sales Associate to join our team at WEDDING RESOURCES AND EVENTS MANAGEMENT CORPORATION'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and managing client relationships for our prestigious banquet and event facilities. Based in our Metro Manila office, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and driving growth for our business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads for the company's banquet and event services
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and work closely with clients to understand their unique event needs
  4. Prepare, present and negotiate banquet and event proposals and contracts
  5. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless event delivery
  6. Actively monitor and report on sales pipeline and performance metrics
  7. Contribute to the development of the company's sales and marketing strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year experience in a sales or account management role within the hospitality, events or catering industry
  2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  5. Proficient in the use of CRM systems and MS Office suite
  6. Passion for the events industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
