Job Title: GIS Analyst - Permitting
Location: REMOTE
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Time zone
Overview
Will be responsible for overseeing GIS-related permit operations while leading a team and effectively communicating with both clients and U.S.-based leadership. This role requires deep technical GIS expertise combined with strong communication and coordination skills. You believe in doing the job right, being the best, and taking on challenges with confidence and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise web maps, apps, and data services, including Field Maps, Survey123, Dashboards, and Experience Builder.
- Develop automation tools and scripts using Python, ArcPy, or the ArcGIS API for Python to streamline data processing and publishing.
- Integrate CAD and external datasets into GIS workflows to support ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Lead a team of GIS professionals to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality permit deliverables.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients and internal leadership to define project requirements and align deliverables.
- Support enterprise GIS operations, including data management, version control, and geodatabase optimization.
- Maintain documentation and metadata to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with standards.
- Troubleshoot GIS data, map publishing, and system performance issues as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional GIS experience, including technical implementation and client-facing responsibilities.
- Expertise in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise (Server/Portal), and ArcGIS Online.
- Experience in telecommunications, utilities, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for geoprocessing, automation, and publishing workflows.
- Strong understanding of enterprise geodatabase administration, versioning, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Survey123, Field Maps, Dashboards, and Experience Builder.
- Demonstrated ability to design, publish, and manage hosted feature services and map products.
- Familiarity with CAD/GIS integration workflows and data conversion best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical abilities with attention to detail and data quality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60, Php76,000.00 per month
