Job Description
HR Head is responsible for leading and managing the overall Human Resources function of the organization. This role oversees all HR strategies, policies, and programs covering talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, organizational development, training, compliance, and HR administration. The HR Head ensures that the company's people strategies align with business goals, promote a positive work culture, and support employee growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives.
- Advise management on HR trends, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Champion company culture, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
2. Talent Acquisition & Development
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Develop talent pipelines and succession plans for critical roles.
- Implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
3. Performance Management
- Lead the performance evaluation process to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching to managers on goal setting, feedback, and performance enhancement.
4. Compensation & Benefits
- Design and maintain competitive salary structures and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with government labor standards and internal pay equity.
- Recommend compensation adjustments and incentives based on performance and market data.
5. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Oversee employee discipline, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment.
6. HR Operations & Administration
- Manage HR systems, employee records, and payroll coordination.
- Oversee HR reports, analytics, and documentation for management and audit purposes.
- Streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on management capability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
